Cancellation Policy
As per our current policy, cancellations will only be allowed until loading of the goods is not commenced. Once the goods are loaded the ride cannot be cancelled — only change in address would be allowed. In case a change of address is required the functionality of the address change is available and fare will be recalculated and the same will be required to be paid.
Refund Policy
In case any refund becomes due the same will be provided into the original mode of payment within 5 days.
