Questions bakers ask us
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move from Base to Studio whenever your bakery is ready, and step back down if you need to. Your orders, recipes and customer history stay exactly where they are.
Do my staff need their own subscription?
No. One subscription covers your bakery. Base includes up to 2 staff accounts with staff app access, and Studio raises that to 7 with advanced permissions.
What counts as a customisation?
Studio includes simple changes to fields, text and presentation on your order form. Complex customisations may be chargeable separately — just ask and we'll tell you honestly.
What about the features in development?
QA step, staff attendance, voice notes for staff and AI generated customer reminders are on the way for Studio. Studio bakeries get them as they ship.
